How do I find my balance or pay my dues?

I need access to my community gate or clubhouse, how can I get that?

In your owner portal app you can fill out the access control request app. Please note that your community will charge for any additional phone credentials, gate remotes/transponders, clubhouse or other amenity access.


I want to make a change to my home(new roof, paint, extension, fence, significant landscaping changes, etc), how do I apply for approval?

In your Enumerate Engage owner portal you will need to fill out the ARC application. Be sure to upload all files associated with the proposed change like survey, plans, material brand, and color etc. Your board or ARC/ARB have up to 30 days to review your application and may ask for follow up details.

Trident is an intentionally small firm and while we serve a very small portion of the Central Florida area, we still have 2,000 owners. We have worked with your boards to provide as much information on your portal as possible so you can quickly find answers, at any time of day, without waiting for a response from us. We also want to ensure your board has full visibility on the important issues coming up in the community while also streamlining the association records like owner correspondences and board conversations. By utilizing your portal, your board can monitor requests, work orders, invoices, community feed posts, and other issues.
